Palettes offers breakfast daily from 6:30am, lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday. From  light salads or shared platters to hearty seasonal fare - all prepared with fresh local ingredients and complemented by selected Australian wines and beverages. 

Desserts are yet another temptation not to resist, accompanied by a glass of port or perfectly fluffy cappuccino.
