The Sebel Residence Chatswood is officially the "best of the best" after taking out the 2009 MAXXotel award for Most Improved, Best Performing Australian Serviced Apartment.
Stringent criteria resulted in only five hotels qualifying for nomination in this category, including three hotels in the Mirvac portfolio - Quay Grand Suites Sydney, Quay West Suites Sydney and The Sebel Residence East Perth - but it was The Sebel Residence Chatswood that took out the gong this year!
