Meet Our Executive Chef - Mohammed Taheri
Behind every delicious menu is a remarkable Chef, at Two Forks Restaurant it is Mohammad Taheri. With his passion for flavour and astounding creativeness, Chef Taheri has a unique style and approach to modern cuisine and food creation in our Parramatta Restaurant.
His talent comes with 26 years experience in International cuisine in 3 different continents, where he has refined his culinary presence in today's competitive environment. Mohammad has worked at a number of well-known hotels around the world including The Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt and Germany, The Oberoi Hotel Delhi, The Sydney Marriott and now his current role at The Sebel Parramatta.
As a result of his proficient and exceptional commitment to his skills in the kitchen, Chef Taheri was a finalist for the Hotel & Accommodation Excellence Awards in 2005, for the best Hotel Executive Chef, an achievement well earned and highly recognised.
