Meet our Executive Chef James Webb
The introduction of a revitalised and delectable new menu at Treasury Restaurant has marked the return of Executive Chef James Webb.
The new menu allows James to take full advantage of Melbourne's high quality local produce.
English chef James Webb knows the industry, quite literally from front to back, having started his career at the front of house as a relief manager for a string of traditional pubs in the UK.
James then found himself spending more and more time back of house in the kitchen and eventually taking on a commis chef position at Treasury Restaurant at The Sebel Melbourne, shortly after moving to Australia.
James then worked at various leading restaurants around Melbourne, before returning as Executive Chef at Treasury Restaurant.
