The Sebel Kirkton Park Hunter Valley

With the backdrop of the Brokenback Ranges, and your ceremony held amongst the red roses in the formal garden, The Sebel Kirkton Park Hunter Valley provides a picturesque and memorable outdoor setting for your wedding ceremony. 

Choose from two beautifully appointed function rooms:

• The James Busby Room can accommodate groups of up to 95 guests
• The Hunter/Rothbury Room can accommodate groups of up to 200 guests.

If you are planning a lunch time wedding and are inviting less than 50 guests we would recommend booking our elegant Infuzion Restaurant.

You have the use of your preferred function room for five hours from the time we ask your guests to be seated.  Additional time is charged at $250 per hour or part thereof and must be booked in advance.
 
The fee for the hire of the function room is included in the cost of your wedding package for groups of 50 or more guests.  Should less than 50 adults be attending the reception, a room hire of $250.00 will apply

* Above rates are based on weekends and a 2 night minimum stay.  Rates are quoted twin/ double share and include continental breakfast for 2.  Maximum of 3 adults or 2 children per room.

Costs for additional guests in the room:

• 3rd Adult  - $50 per night, incl continental breakfast

• Rollaway for a Child  -$35 per night, incl continental breakfast

• Cot Hire - $10 per night
