From a small, intimate wedding to a reception for 300, The Sebel Cairns is the premier wedding reception venue in the city. We can help to organise your floral and decorative requirements, transport, photographers and videographers, celebrant, entertainment, audiovisual and of course catering needs and desires.

The Gazebo, located in the tropical oasis that is our pool deck, it is the perfect outdoor location, that is designed to make full use of the perfect weather in Far North Qld.

Alternatively, our spacious, light filled Level 1 gallery with unique old world charm is also a popular ceremony venue. Red carpet, registration table with white linen and chairs will be provided.

Pre-dinner drinks venues:

• The hotel's opulent Lobby area can host up to 300 guests.
• The pool on Level 3 affords views of not only the oasis like feel of this special place, but views out over the city to the mountain backdrop.
• The garden surrounding the pool is a perfect open air venue for relaxed drinks before sitting down for dinner.
• The Level 1 gallery is also a popular area for guests to socialise in between the ceremony and the reception.

From a small, intimate wedding to a party of 300, the hotel has a venue to suit. The set up of your chosen venue will include white linen, bridal valance, silver candelabras, personalised menus (4 per table), gift and cake tables, red carpet, dance floor and staging, microphone and lectern and feature lighting.

For events involving more than 60 guests, special arrangements can be made with regards to room hire.
