Quay West Resort Magenta Shores offers the very best in conferencing, meeting and event facilities on the Central Coast and a dedicated conference & events team to help you organise an event to remember.

Choose from three spacious and well appointed function or meeting rooms which boast high ceilings and enough room for up to 400 people. Two of the rooms also offer natural light and exceptional views of the landscaped gardens and golf course.

The venue offers a total of 330sqm of space and the flexibility of becoming one large room, these well designed rooms can cater for 400 delegates or 220 banquet guests. Each room features a ceiling mounted data projector and retractable screen and wireless broadband access. Our in-house specialists can provide audio-visual facilitation services and a comprehensive audio-visual hire service.

In addition there are two boardrooms which can hold up to 40 guests as well as a pre-conference area ideal for cocktail parties for up to 140 people. An added bonus of the function facilities is access to a large, outdoor terrace which overlooks the landscaped gardens and golf course plus breakout areas which are ideal for enjoying the great coastal weather.
