Start your day off with a hearty buffet breakfast open from 6am - 10:00am Monday to Friday and from 6:30am - 10:30am Saturday and Sunday. Or in a hurry, then take advantage of a lite breakfast of coffee and a pastry or toast to go.
Lunch and dinner, offers the delights of Citigate Sebel Sydney's Executive Chef, John Slaughter and his team, providing an indulging and refreshing selection of meals to tantalise the taste buds, focusing on the season to maximise the flavours of the dish. Open for lunch from 12:00pm - 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
