Credit Card & Cash Policy
A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in, where a preauthorization for the total cost of the accommodation plus an additional amount will be processed.  All credit and charge cards attract a surcharge of 1.5%.  For charges to an alternative guest or cardholder, written authorisation must be received prior to check-in.

If paying with cash or Eftpos, the total cost of the accommodation plus an additional $150 and photo ID will be requested at time of check-in.

Un guaranteed Reservations
Reservations are held until 6.00pm on the day of arrival.  Reservations can be guaranteed with a credit card.

Car Parking
Limited car parking is available at the hotel for $25 per car per night.  For guests visiting the hotel and not staying parking is $35 per day or there is a public car park located opposite the hotel in the King George Square car park.  A surcharge applies for NYE parking.
