A wedding at the Cairns International Hotel is a special occasion – not just for the bride and groom, but for everyone.

From a small, intimate wedding to a reception for 300, Cairns International Hotel is Cairns' premier wedding reception venue. We can help to organise your floral and decorative requirements, transport, photographers and videographers, celebrant and entertainment.

The Gazebo located on our tropical pool deck is the perfect location for an outdoor ceremony. Our spacious, light filled Level 1 gallery with unique old world charm is also a popular ceremony venue. Red carpet, registration table with white linen and chairs will be provided.

Pre-dinner drinks

The hotel's opulent Lobby area can host up to 300 guests. The pool garden and Level 1 gallery are also lovely areas for your guests to socialise while you are off having your photos done . Our Chef's selection of canapés will be served complimentary with the beverages (conditions apply - please see our Wedding compendium).

From a small, intimate wedding to a party of 300, the hotel has a venue to suit. The set up of your chosen venue will include white linen, bridal valance, silver candelabras, personalised menus (4 per table), gift and cake tables, red carpet, dance floor and staging, microphone and lectern and feature lighting.

Room Hire will be waived for bookings of 60 or more guests .
